This privacy page explains how jeremybosma.nl handles information. The site is a personal portfolio and shop for Jeremy Bosma, not a large consumer platform. There are no user accounts for browsing, writing, or the gallery.

Who is responsible

Jeremy Bosma, Groningen, the Netherlands, is responsible for this website. Contact: prive@jeremybosma.nl. The site is hosted on Vercel.

What this site collects

Browsing the public pages does not require an account. Vercel may process standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to serve and protect the site. Vercel Analytics is used to understand aggregate traffic. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not rely on advertising cookies to identify you across the web.

If you email me, I receive whatever you put in the message, including your email address, so I can reply.

Shop (Jeremy's Supply)

The merch shop on /supply is fulfilled with Printify. Payments and checkout are handled by Polar. If you place an order, Polar and Printify process the information needed to take payment, prevent fraud, and ship the product. That typically includes name, email, shipping address, and payment details. I use that information to fulfill the order and to handle support if something goes wrong. I do not sell it.

Cookies and local storage

The site may store small preferences in the browser (for example whether the homepage entrance animation has already played) so repeat visits are less noisy. These are not used for advertising. Analytics may set its own storage according to Vercel's documentation.

How long data is kept

Emails are kept as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted or archived in the ordinary way. Order data is kept as long as needed for fulfillment, bookkeeping, and legal obligations. Hosting logs follow Vercel's retention.

Your choices

You can browse with cookies blocked; some preferences may not persist. You can email prive@jeremybosma.nl to ask what I have about you from a shop order or a message, or to ask for deletion where that is reasonable and lawful. Payment providers and Printify have their own privacy policies for data they control.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, I will update this page. The contact address stays prive@jeremybosma.nl.
